R Mr. Sherman pointed out the Conyussion did not approve the access, that may have been illegal. Ms LeBlanc stated they will put back the Rasa Rugosa and reseed the lawn.. They were told not to reale any grade changes but would like to do a dry set retaining wall 12 inches fiigh raise it up as there is a lot of foundation showing. Mr. Sherman stated there are no wetland wildlife interests and no concern even out the lawn, Public comments were requested: none. Unanimous Vote, NEGATIVE 8:00 MASHPEE WAM DISTRICT for the installation of water mains and a.ppur t enance s, including services to property linos, within municipal roadways and within district easements, providing service to the Mashpee Neck Road area, Al Wells of SEACon- sultants presenting. The project involves approximately fire miles of new water mains. There is no change to existing topo. It does include services to the property line. Abutter notification receipts were provided, Mr. Johansen asked that when filings ars made to the Commission, they be put together in the correct order. Mr.. ome er stated any filing that is incomplete does-not need to be considered. He is so upset with the Water District that he would just as soon not consider this and make them file it correctly. Mr. Sherman stated there was a letter that went out to all consultants asking there to put things in specific order which will help to expedite review of a file. Another issue was raised, the District had been asked to get a letter from their lawyer as to whether they are exempt from fees if they constitute a municipality. Mr. Sherman advised he will be driving the whole route tomorrow with Dave Rich, He did not feel the hearing -could be closed tonight.
