The project involves approximately fire miles of new water <br /> mains. There is no change to existing topo. It does include services to the <br /> property line. Abutter notification receipts were provided, <br /> Mr. Johansen asked that when filings ars made to the Commission, they be put <br /> together in the correct order. <br /> Mr.. ome er stated any filing that is incomplete does-not need to be considered. <br /> He is so upset with the Water District that he would just as soon not consider <br /> this and make them file it correctly. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated there was a letter that went out to all consultants asking there <br /> to put things in specific order which will help to expedite review of a file. <br /> Another issue was raised, the District had been asked to get a letter from their <br /> lawyer as to whether they are exempt from fees if they constitute a municipality. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised he will be driving the whole route tomorrow with Dave Rich, <br /> He did not feel the hearing -could be closed tonight. <br />
