Mr. Sherman stated that 1s not <br /> within the Commission's purview. <br /> Chuck Greene stated access would be necessary. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated any permit given by the Commission does not assume access; that <br /> is up to the applicant to work out with the owner. <br /> Mr. Lenk stated he did not have a problem with it but would prefer to know who is <br /> walking on the property and why. <br /> Mr. Potter will provide the phone neer of who can be called when work is being <br /> done. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated this can tae conditioned so that the timing of the work be done <br /> according to recommendations of Leigh Potter and Ken Riebach. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing for the Herring warden. <br /> Unanimous vote. <br /> HEARING CLOSED. <br /> 8:20 BARBARA B. He spoke with the Counter Extension <br /> Service who suggested planting nature shrubs. DEP did not issue a number but <br /> will issue as soon as proof is furnished that plans were sent to Natural Heritage. <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to dose the-hearing pending receipt of a <br /> number and coment s from DEP. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8:40S P1 E DEPT, OF PUBLIEC WORKS FOR A Determination of Applicability on the <br /> proposed installation of two catch basins to divert road, surface runoff on , <br /> Meetinghouse Road, within the road layout. Greg Taylor presenting. He advised <br /> a letter of support was written to the Cape Cod Commission on this project. He <br /> is seeking 9 federal funding for two sets of catch basins near the bottom of <br /> the hill on both side of the street. He rust have a negative determination to <br /> qualify.
