They would like to put in <br /> a test well, not within 100 feet of the water. The Commission agreed this would be' <br /> acceptable. hL _ <br /> SURffTTAL REQUIREMENT EMENT #1 : The Agent will revise the language to state trees to <br /> be saved must be shown on the plan. _ F <br /> y <br /> OSPREY STS: A+report by-:Bill Davis was distributed. Nests are. in. <br /> D iPSEY: A. letter by Mr. Nichols which was published in the Mashpee Enterprise <br /> and a response by the Commission was distributed for review, <br /> APPOINTMENT: The Commission recommended to the Selectmen that Jack Fitzsimmons <br /> ons <br /> be elevated and because instructed to do .so, interviews were held with Robert <br /> Lopez and Charles Green who displayed qualities that were desirable to the <br /> Commission. <br /> ISff WARDEN: The Finance Comission recomended cutting the warden back to <br /> half-tine. Mr. York is contesting this. <br /> Suggestion was made that the Commission lead support to the warder. Mr. Homeyer <br /> would not support him and did not feel ;the Commission should take a stand. <br /> To be discussed next agenda. <br /> POOL: At the 'road construction area of Stop & Shop there is a depression <br /> that is 104 feet on an incline; if level, it would be within the Commission's <br /> jurisdiction. He has -asked Fields Poiret to put up erosion control and is still <br /> pursuing this matter. They should file an RDA and this would gave access to the <br /> property. <br /> r <br /> AO RECD : Problems and options were reviewed. To be held until next meeting for <br /> a legal opinion. <br /> BOG SANDING: Brian Handy wanted to go into the old shooting area. All that is <br /> there is gravel. He was told that he could rove out peripherally. <br /> WORKSMP: A two day workshop by EPA on erosion in coastal meas is being put <br /> n in Boston. The Agent will attend with John Johanson. <br /> PFNINSULA COUN L: The Agent stated he felt the Commission made a wrong decision <br /> on Ben Gordon's request tonight; the Commission gage in. Susana Lannik had given <br /> a legal interpretation and he, as agent, gage his opinion. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons stated he thought his interpretation was very clear. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was <br /> adjourned at 10:25 p.m . <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana I.
