An <br /> i <br /> agreement has been reached on the three lots that they will revegetate areas <br /> between the decks with shrubbery. <br /> ►' '� SATS: Proposal was sent to waterways. An agreement has been worked <br /> out with Perry Ellis. <br /> NUBS: A draft policy on vegetation removal to be discussed next agenda. <br /> .ATI . Plans taken from the office will be returned; Atter. Henchy apologized <br /> for not returning them sooner. <br /> The language for the easement has been accepted-by Mr. Henchy, <br /> ENFORCEMENT: <br /> Cardillo: There has been no .rsponse to letters. The Agent will be speaking <br /> with Town -Counsel tomorrow. He will request that a letter be seat to inform then <br /> that an injunction is in place. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested the Selectmen be asked if they are going to support the <br /> Commission in any actions that need to be taken. <br /> DSS: The agent advised he has not been out to post the 'ice damaged docks; he <br /> hopes to do so next week. <br /> SMITH: They were cited for work on two docks without permits and have agreed to <br /> file. However, they want to put them back in so the survey can be done. The Agent <br /> stated as some pilings are in, they can Figure it out without a surrey. He will <br /> find out who the engineer is and advise that- they will have to have a filing in by <br /> iuiy.1. <br /> VOTE: Motion mad.e and seconded not to allow the docks to go back in until <br /> permit has been issued. Unanimous dote. <br /> BUDGET: The Agent advised that a computer is needed for Diana. He also would <br /> like the Commission to- consider taking $6-800 out of the Conservation Fund to <br /> replace the aging printer. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to pursue purchase of a computer and printer; <br /> to use funds from the expense account to buy the computer and to use <br /> up to $1000 of the Conservation Fund to purchase one or two printers. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> B RQUE: They are filing for Chapter 91 Interim Amnesty. The Agent advised as <br /> an EIR is needed, the Commission would not issue until provided with the ETR. <br /> They have a tunnel drive boat with no propeller. The property is on Hamblins <br /> Pond. <br /> Mr. Homeyer stated Monomoscoy is not in the ACEC, The Agent will verify that <br /> they are in the ACEC. <br /> MASHPEE RIM: Additional cross-section plans are needed for the Herring garden's <br /> dredging project for dredging, The Agent will provide ti ". <br />
