Ms Lanni.k stated the agent should apprise thea of the regulations as existing and let then approach the Co fission with what they Feel mould be appropriate. The Attorney and engineers should tape a look at the new regulations and attempt to make an adaptation in a formal filing. Foy: It will be standard, procedure to include in all RDA's and NOVs the property access forms and attestation forms, Vim: Motion made and seconded to reaffirm and make the policy of the Commission that Access Forms and Attentation Forms will be included with all RDA's and Notts. Carel Jacobson: Them was discussion of approaching the Selectmen to have an area near Johns Pond park beach named after the deceased Selectwoman. Vim: Motion made and seconded that a formal letter be sent to the Selectmen. Mb : Request received from Doug Iohns that the Commission write a letter on his behalf to Chapter 91. He has a dock permitted through the Commission which is not exactly where it is supposed to be. Chapter 91 is requiring him to refile and pay new fees. It is a lot line set back issue with 91. Mr. Sherman suggested reiterating in print what has been said over the phone.
