i <br /> Conservation Commission <br /> 19 May 1994 <br /> Page T. <br /> SIE: Motion rade and seconded that Robert Lopez has attended meetings and has <br /> become more knowledgeable ; therefore, he should be appointed associate member. <br /> Wetlands Report: Distributed for review. There will e a hearing in Sandwich on <br /> June 9 that should. be attended by the Commission. <br /> Quasbnet dogs: TheAgent -advised the Conservation Plan is a good one. <br /> The flume has collapsed and Brian has put barriers on each side. He has repaired <br /> the flume by the pump house and has agreed to do the one to the north within a <br /> month. <br /> I <br /> Areas of the bog that were stripped and planted were shown on a reap. <br /> Mar. Sherman stated the road work around the abandoned bog should be finalized and <br /> the lark stabilized; he would like to leave that area untouched. This is not a <br /> problem with Brian. The roads going in are unpassable. <br /> Ir . Handy advised he cannot go over the grants from ocean Spray; he is through <br /> for the year. Mr. Sherman asked if the second repair will be done by next month <br /> and Brian agreed it would. <br /> I <br /> Mr. Sherman advised some scraping materials were left on the edge of the Bw. <br /> Mar. Handy stated they have been removed. The new dike with one water control <br /> i structure can be done without a filing. It will not be done this year.
