Devoe would like to add another row of <br /> gblons . Mr. Sherman agreed this would. be good. No CoC was given in <br /> order that he may amend the Order. The Commission agreed. <br /> Reg Changes: A future change by the state will affect the torn which <br /> is FW Vw. MACC suggestions will be provided next meeting,. <br /> Fees: The Agent would like to reduce the fees for amended order t <br /> only $40 . To be considered. <br /> Enforcement <br /> DPT - Redbrook Rd. - Photographs were shown. <br /> Cranberry Bogs: when bogs. were scraped off, it was piled at the edge <br /> f the BVW. The Agent would like to write a letter that this is unaccept- <br /> able in the future and asking for more cooperation. To he written over <br /> the name of the Chairman. <br /> Vining: Mr . Vining was given Notice of -Intent papers to file . He asked <br /> to have the utter brought before the Commission for a decision whether <br /> or not he has to file a Notice . Vining if he exceeds the <br /> time limit allowed for him to file a Notice of Intent . <br /> Mitchell: The .Agent told the worker who was spreading loan at the <br /> Mitchell property to stop . Mr . Mitchell stated the only way he will <br /> stop is under a court order. <br /> Mr . Sherman read from -the permit . He did not see anything about fill <br /> r changing elevations . <br /> The Commission concurred this goes beyond the scope of the original <br /> RDA. <br /> Mr . Sherman stated the original issue was cutting and pruning. <br /> Ms Lannik stated it is not totally unreasonable for Nor . Mitchell to <br /> think he had a permit to do this . <br /> j <br /> Mr . Sherman stated he should be made to file another RDA, if he has <br /> not continued to do the work and limit it to the $20. fee. <br /> i <br /> s <br /> FIs Lannik still Felt ma-Intenance of grass may include that lawn. <br /> Mr . Sherman stated he feels Mr. Mitchell is filling depressions . <br /> Also, the permit exPires at the end of this year . <br />
