Unanimou8 Vote . <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the regulations as amended. <br /> Unanimous Vote . <br /> Reorganization: Memo received from the Executive Secretary. <br /> e <br /> Ms Lannik advised she is finding it very difficult to attend hearings . <br /> She asked -to become an Associate Member and offered to act "of counsel" . <br /> She cannot cope with commuting on a regular ba.s i s . <br /> r - <br /> VT : Motion made and seconded to accept Ms Lannik' s proposal and <br /> recommend to the Selectmen that Susana Lanik be appointed <br /> k Associate Member and Jack Fitzsimmons become a full member . <br /> Letter to be written. <br /> Asst. Conservation Agent : Six applicants are to be interviewed. <br /> Personnel recommendations agree with the Commission ' s . <br /> Papa lla: Partial Certificate of Compliance requested and issued. <br /> Boats on Docks : Language ,should refer to effects on performance standards . <br /> Boiler plate language was distributed. <br /> Mr . Homeyer advised under state law re fishing fowling, or navigating, <br /> a homeowner cannot prevent anyone from coming in to discharge people <br /> at their dock, <br /> Mr. Sherman advised. EOEA is requiring that some of these conditions be <br /> incorporated into Chapter 91 Licenses . <br /> Ms Lannik questioned enforceability. Mr . Sherman stated it .serves <br /> notice , <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded that this boiler plate language for <br /> Orders of Conditions be used for the time being. <br /> Mr . Homeyer was opposed, <br /> y * Motion carried. <br /> Title V s: A response written by the 4 Agent" was�revi wed. <br /> 19 <br /> After discussion, it -was' agreed the response wo l.d- b'e finetuned. by <br /> Ms Lannik and reviewed bar Mr .
