It cannot meet nitrogen loading without a denitrification system and would then want it to be five bedrooms . He needs Board of Health and state approval . BODEI22 Bayview Road to demolish an existing three bedroom dwelling and replace it with new gree bedroom dwelling and to pump and fill existing cesspool and replace with Title V system. Barbara Frappier presenting with Henry Bode . Mr . Sherman asked the size -of the lot and was told two lots are being legally combined to result in 35 ,000 s .f. Ms Frappier stated the resource area is a bank. The septic will not be in the buffer but all house construction will be. The nutrient loading i.s around- 5 ppm. Mr . Sherman stated if Mr . Bode would agree to enhancement of vegetation at the top of the bank, he would find this acceptable . Mr. Bode agreed. It was suggested the Commission wait until the combining if the two lots is completed. Mr. Sherman could provide a draft order that will not be issued until legal proof it is one lot . Ms Frappier will give the Commission a revised plan with plantings and sizes . Mr . Bode is not proposing a dock on the property. Public comments were requested: Ronald Ares , ars abutter across the street , stated he is in agreement with the project . VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending Board. of Health approval and acceptance of the revegetation plan, as well as proof of the legal combining of the two lots .
