Rick Crawford is the research coordinator . <br /> WBNERR does not have control over independent action. Institutional <br /> support will channel people to work through WBNERR, There � is a mountain <br /> of data that has been assembled, incentive to work through WBNERR. <br /> Ir . Sherman stated the project is well put together and thought out . <br /> He felt it was 'u tifiable to give a conditional Negative Determination <br /> stating it is contingent upon all the work conforming to this descrip- <br /> tion; any time it doesn' t they are liable for further requirements for <br /> permitting. <br /> Mr . Homeyer asked if WBNERR even paid the Fine for the episode at <br /> South Cape Beach with the demolition of the Hall house? <br /> Mr . Sherman stated -they did not; it was discussed- at a• previous <br /> meeting. As he recalled, they were not liable for the fine . He will <br /> go back and check what was done it . <br /> Mr . Homeyer did not want any permit issued until they pa.y the fine . <br /> Mr . Sherman felt it was straightened out to the satisfaction of the <br /> Commission at the time but did not recall details . This is proposed <br /> by the research division and the other is not pertinent <br /> Mr, Desrosiers stated with groundwater monitoring wells , the Comr - <br /> ission has called for other people to provide their locations . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated no permanent structures are proposed and the <br /> Commission will be notified if they will be in the field for longer <br /> than one week. A permanent will have to be notified to the Commission <br /> specifically. <br />
