Shawn Handy of Holmes & McGrath presenting. Mr. Sherman stated this septic upgrade is more than 150 feet from the water but is in land subject to coastal storm flowage . It deserves a Negative Determination but no plans were submitted to the Board of Health. Public comments were requested: Mr. Caulfield, an abutter, was concerned with his private well and the distance to this septic .
