Mr. Sherman advised an emergency order was issued for the <br /> septic which required a filing. The septic was done with no <br /> damage to the resource . while there, he noticed there was a <br /> dock and suggested it be incorporated into this filing. <br /> A photo of the dock was reviewed and al weld.-established path <br /> was noted. <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to find a negative <br /> determination. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 8: 40 RITA SHArFER, ADNo o TRUST, for the relocation of an <br /> existing building and proposed addition per Exhibit D at 101 <br /> Waterway. Mrs .. Shaffer presenting. <br /> Gertrude Ferriday offered to step down if the Commission or <br /> the Bffers had any objections to her sitting. There were <br /> none . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the concern originally was that there be <br /> no increase in bedrooms and there is no objection to this <br /> being conditioned. It is a flat area, Land subject to <br /> Coastal storm Flowage . He felt the Commission could act <br /> favorably. <br /> Abutter notification was provided. <br /> DEP number and comments were not received, nor Board of <br /> Health and Board of Appeals approvals . <br /> Public comments were requested: none . <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt <br /> of the DEP number, Board of Health and Board of <br /> Appeals. <br /> CLOSED PENDING. <br /> 8: 50 MAUSHOP VILLAGE TRUST for an Amended Order of <br /> Conditions for SE - 1260 to extend the window of permitted <br /> beach nourishment to June 30, 1994 at the Nantucket sound <br /> shoreline between Dean and Lily Fonds . Scott Wentzel, <br /> trustee, presenting. Photos and cross sections of the area <br /> were provided. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised New Beabury piled sand in one spot that <br /> did not get distributed. He spoke to Diane 8oretos who <br /> agreed the sand could be moved to where it should go on a one <br /> time basis. Also, work should be completed by July 1 . <br /> Mfr, went el advised they have three bids and can mobilize at <br /> once; they will fund it and see the work through to <br /> completion. No additional sand will be brought in. <br /> Mrs .. F rrida asked if the Commission has any recourse with <br /> New Seabury <br /> June 16 1994 - Page 7. <br />
