They <br /> then called DEP who gave them the green light. <br /> Ir. Sherman could understand why they thought they had the <br /> right to go ahead. He suggested issuing an Drier <br /> i <br /> of Conditions and not giving Maintenance in Perpetuity until <br /> i they receive their Chapter 91 permit and then amend the order <br /> to give maintenance for the 30 year period. <br /> Abutter notification receipts were provided. <br /> Ns Lannik read the affidavit from Richard Ra do, Asst. <br /> Harbormaster. <br /> Items pending: Natural Heritage, DEP number and comments. <br /> Air.
