Mr. Pocknett <br /> tt <br /> would give the native American perspective . The days per <br /> week cannot be guaranteed. The Agent would like to meet with <br /> Renee Fudala and the Executive Secretary to work this out but <br /> cannot guarantee sixteen hours per week, based on demand. <br /> NOTE: Motion rade and seconded that the Agent should proceed. <br /> ASST. CONSERVATION AGENT: There is a question of Conflict of <br /> Interest with the two applicants. The agent advised, if he <br /> can work out details, he would like to offer Tom Sevigny the <br /> job. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to offer the job to Toni <br /> sevigny, if acceptable to the Selectmen. <br /> Unanimous Vote . <br /> PENINSULA COUNCIL: one of the spillways is not in the richt <br /> place ; it is closer to the wetland than it should be . The <br /> plan does show one in the approximate place . <br /> Mr. Sherman stated, in the future , the Commission should have <br /> a 20 scale plan and notice of intent. <br /> Mr. Green advised it is another 15-20 feet up the road. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send a letter officially <br /> requesting that they move the spillway. <br /> REORGANIZATION: The Chairman entertained notions on <br /> reorganization. <br /> Ms Lannik placed Gertrude Fer iday" s name in nomination for <br /> Chairman. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to elect Gertrude Ferriday <br /> Chairman. unanimous Note . <br /> Mr. Desrosiers placed Frank Homeyer' s name in nomination for <br /> Vice Chairman. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to elect Frank Homeyer <br /> Vice Chairman.
