The Agent would like to meet with Renee Fudala and the Executive Secretary to work this out but cannot guarantee sixteen hours per week, based on demand. NOTE: Motion rade and seconded that the Agent should proceed. ASST. CONSERVATION AGENT: There is a question of Conflict of Interest with the two applicants. The agent advised, if he can work out details, he would like to offer Tom Sevigny the job. VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to offer the job to Toni sevigny, if acceptable to the Selectmen. Unanimous Vote . PENINSULA COUNCIL: one of the spillways is not in the richt place ; it is closer to the wetland than it should be . The plan does show one in the approximate place . Mr. Sherman stated, in the future , the Commission should have a 20 scale plan and notice of intent. Mr. Green advised it is another 15-20 feet up the road. VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send a letter officially requesting that they move the spillway. REORGANIZATION: The Chairman entertained notions on reorganization. Ms Lannik placed Gertrude Fer iday" s name in nomination for Chairman. NOTE: Motion made and seconded to elect Gertrude Ferriday Chairman. unanimous Note . Mr. Desrosiers placed Frank Homeyer' s name in nomination for Vice Chairman. NOTE: Motion made and seconded to elect Frank Homeyer Vice Chairman. Unanimous Note , Mrs .
