i June 3 , 1994 <br /> Page 7, <br /> CRANBERRY COMMITTEE: After discussion, <br /> VOTE; Lotion made and seconded that John Johansen, Gertrude <br /> Ferriday and Robert Lopez he appointed to the <br /> Cranberry Committee . Unanimous vote . <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded for a unanimous vote of <br /> appreciation to Marry Desrosiers for his services <br /> as previous chairman. Unanimous vote. <br /> NUTRIENT LOADING: The Agent advised the final figure may be <br /> 1 ppm. when on-going test results are in. <br /> EROSION; Greg Taylor tools action quickly on Conservation <br /> land across from the boat yard on Frog Pond Close . It is an <br /> old drainage basin. He recommended sending a letter of <br /> thanks. <br /> Stone has been put in at Quinaquisset which has slowed that <br /> situation down. Netting has been put down but not enough. <br /> i <br /> VOTE: Lotion rade and seconded to send a letter to Dass. DPW <br /> requesting that erosion control blankets he installed <br /> at uinagisset Avenue . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to send a letter of thanks to <br /> Greg Taylor. <br /> Mr. Lopez advised the water District will be going by Frog <br /> Pond also . Mr. Sherman stated before they do, they will have <br /> to meet with hien. <br /> CRAB. 112 DENIALS: A letter to be sent to the Executive <br /> Secretary requesting a policy to he followed. A hearing is <br /> required for these denials. <br /> It was suggested to contact Town Counsel for an opinion. <br /> HOURIHAN: There was discussion of the need for an engineered <br /> plan. Mr. Sherman felt this was a determination for the <br /> Building Inspector. A letter to be sent to that effect. <br /> EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS: Dan Homeyer is scheduled for July 21 ; <br /> John Johansen for August 18. <br /> LEVINE: A request was received for a Certificate o <br /> Compliance ; no revegetation plan provided. Ir. Levine wants <br /> to do planting now but it is not the right time of year and <br /> must he done in September. <br /> APPOINTMENTS: Mr. H meyer advised at the Selectmensp meeting <br /> during the Agent' s reappointment, the Executive Secretary <br /> questioned whey he has not leen reviewing the Agent. <br /> Mr. Sherman suggested having firs. Ferriday make an <br /> appointment with fir. whritenour to see what he wants . <br /> Mr. Desrosiers advised he has completed the review for the <br /> Administrative Assistant. <br />
