Unanimous Vote . <br /> He further advised he had comp time he was unable to use and <br /> asked to take tomorrow afternoon off. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to permit the Agent to take <br /> Friday afternoon off . <br /> TOWN Bots; Brian Handy has been reimbursed for one flume . He <br /> was not happy with the letter he received. <br /> AS SASOIT BEACH: The association would like to add sand to <br /> the existing beach. Mr. Sherman suggested letting them do <br /> this if they taut in timber to keep the sand from migrating <br /> into the water. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday thought this should be conditioned; the <br /> commission agreed. <br /> MACC DUES: Foos have increased and the Agent felt the <br /> Commission should have some commitment from the Associate <br /> members that they are going to the Annual Meeting. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to pay the extra fees for the <br /> staff and associates. Unanimous Note, <br /> ENFORCEMENT: <br /> Nirenherg: They have defaulted on the beach nourishment. <br /> letter was sunt to Dr. Aubrey. <br /> as pee Water District: Subcontractors have installed <br /> hookups . The Notice of Intent stated hookups were not <br /> included. <br /> Dempsey: The Agent advised mail i s being refused. <br /> Mr. Eomeyer suggested Miring a constable to serve notice . <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded that a constable serve an <br /> enforcement order to Patrick Dempsey with notice <br /> that if the required notice is not filed within the <br /> time-frame given, a $300 per day fine will be init- <br /> iated for each day of violation. <br /> aggiula: The dock is not original ; it is larger. The Agent <br /> suggested if the Commission does not receive notice of a <br /> filing within one week, on a letterhead of a firm, action <br /> will be taken.
