Conservation Commission <br /> July 28, 1994 <br /> Page 3. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to close at the next hearing <br /> after receipt of a letter from the Board of Health, <br /> a► detail of roof leaders to the drywells shown, plan <br /> . and/or narrative for replacement of vegetation removed <br /> and a pre-construction onsite with the Agent. <br /> TO BE CLOSED. <br /> 7: 30 CARL KEMP, 20 Heron way, continued from July 14, 19940 <br /> Jack Landers-Cawley presenting, The Contractorf Fool <br /> installer and Mr. & Mrs . Kemp were present also . At the <br /> previous hearing questions were raised about the size and <br /> specific geometry of the pool . Mr. Schrader left plans with <br /> Mr. Sherman prior to this hearing. Landscaping is proposed <br /> around the deck. 'Three plans were done by Mr. Schrader, <br /> including a diagram of what it is the peps are willing to <br /> provide around the pool in plant material . It shows a <br /> density of three of the five plant groups listed that are <br /> indigenous type plants. <br /> Mrs . Ferriday pointed out plants should he 16 inches on <br /> center. <br /> Erosion control has been corrected; pictures were shown on <br /> the areas. <br /> Mr. Landers- auley advised the new limit of work they <br /> propose to be offset 10 feet. The pool and majority of the <br /> deck is going in the area already scarified by activity that <br /> has been done but did not go over the work limit, <br /> Mr. Schrader stated the area of deck and pool has already <br /> been disturbed. <br /> Mr. Land rs- auley provided four cross sections of the <br /> coastal bank; the second set is blown up at 1** = 20' . <br /> The slope i ' vertically in 4 ' . The structure will <br /> require no regrading. <br /> Mrs . Ferriday asked if the 20 foot contour is the top? <br /> design of the pool will be provided to the Building <br /> Inspector. <br /> Mrs . Ferriday stated it can be conditioned that anything past <br /> the pool will not he out. <br /> Concerning moving the pool, fir. Landers- auley stated it <br /> would not he practical and also, it is a privacy issue . <br /> Mrs . Ferriday stated on the opposite side of the garage the <br /> lot has been stripped of vegetation. <br /> Mr. Schrader stated there was not very munch them to start <br /> with; it was a sanding areas for a bog. <br /> The pool installer advised they ars proposing a Sea Horse FSH <br /> pool and no back washing is required . It is a filtration <br /> system, ozone . If needed, they will find an area in the back <br /> to put a pad for a pump and drain it to the street. <br />
