Gonservation Commission July 28, 1994 Page 4. Mrs. Ferriday stated there will be a condition for draining the pool . Mr. Green asked for a more detailed plan of plantings. He had no problem with the choices but spacing is not adequate . The pool installer advised the pool will not be backfilled and only reeds 10 feet from the perimeter of the pool for work limit. Mrs . Ferriday asked to have the trees that are being disturbed marked on the plan. Mr. Schrader agreed. Ir. Desrosiers stated any tree greater than 4 inches that is to be removed should be marled. Also, design of the pool should be reviewed by the Building Inspector. Items pending were previewed: Reprised plan with limit of work reduced; leaching pit shown; trees greater than 4 inches t be removed on a cross hatch; narrative for pool construction and design specifications; method for draining the pool . Mr. Kemp advised they moved the house to save a tree . Their intent is to Cep the lard as pristine as possible but do not want to incur further expense . VOTE: Motion made and seconded to have Charles Green pursue getting written confirmation from Fish & Gameon the result of the efforts of the local community in estab- lishing a Friable herring population this year in ►ntu.i.t Pond and, if it is passible in other areas that it has been acknowledged that santuit Pond has this established and that this is a direct result of the efforts of individuals to overcome the problems that existed in the traversing of herring to their natural spawning areas. WETLANDS REQS: The Chairman advised attempts are being made- to adeto track down an extra set of 310 CMR 10. 00 reps that were on the table last hearing agenda and may have been picked up b a commissioner by mistake.
