Sherman asked if the Commission would be satisfied with marine contractor or would they want a coastal engineer? Mr. Fitzsimmons pointed out the plan is signed by Registered Professional Engineer and asked if Mr. Sherman was saying he was not qualified? He was concerned the Commission was making a judgement that this man is not qualified. Mr. Sherman stated no one has provided information as to the tying in of the walls, He felt a marine contractor should be asked to do s .
