Sharon Koblinsky presenting. <br /> Chapter 91 permit is in hand and this filing is for perpetual <br /> maintenance <br /> The Agent stated the float to the right of the dock cannot be <br /> stored on the marsh. He asked if the location of the float <br /> as shown on the sketch is the actual location in the water? <br /> She stated yes, it had would up in the storm of 1992 on the <br /> top of the cock; it was moved and that is where they want to <br /> keep it. He suggested a condition that if at some point a <br /> boat is going to be stored, there would have to be a <br /> determination on depths* Ms Koblinsky agreed. <br /> Public comments were requested: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative deter- <br /> mination for Sharon Koblinskr with the appropriate <br /> conditions c r _main-tenance in perpetuity. <br /> NEGATIVE WITH CONDITIONS. <br /> 7:15 HERBERT BEI EL for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> a Prosed addition to an existing dwelling at 125 Greensward <br /> Road. The limit of work has been <br /> staked out with ha bales. They are not encroaching on the <br /> wetland areas. <br /> The Agent advised the area has already been altered with <br /> managed landscaping. He recommended a negative <br />
