Mr. Sherman stated he would want the remnants of floats <br /> removed before construction. He may also put in a small walkway in a <br /> separate filing. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if drywells are proposed? 1t is very <br /> steep. The Agent would condition dryells. <br /> Mr. Hunter advised Mr. Trotto would not mine moving the <br /> building -7 feet and they would submit another plan <br /> reflecting that change which would not cross over the 50 foot <br /> setback.
