Mr. Sherman stated he would want the remnants of floats <br /> removed before construction. Mr, Trotto agreed. <br /> Mr, Hunter advised in the future Mr. Trotto may be going for <br /> a chapter 91 permit. He may also put in a small walkway in a <br /> separate filing. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if drywells are proposed? 1t is very <br /> steep. The Agent would condition dryells. <br /> Mr. Hunter advised Mr. Trotto would not mine moving the <br /> building -7 feet and they would submit another plan <br /> reflecting that change which would not cross over the 50 foot <br /> setback. Mr. Sherman would have no ob. ection, if they did <br /> not creep any closer to the bank. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated a sod lawn would not be allowed within the <br /> loo foot buffer and asked if they would accept bark chips or <br /> another alternative <br /> Mr. Hunter asked if lawn in the front would be accepted. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated not within the 100 foot buffer. They <br /> would agree to an alternative. <br /> Mr. Hunter stated grading is very minor, only 1 foot of fill <br /> to grade up along side of the building. The slope is natural <br /> in the back. <br /> Public comments: none <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to change <br /> from three bedrooms to two on the plan; alternative <br /> to sod lawn in the buffer zone; submittal o <br /> architectural plans showing interior construction for <br /> Building Inspector's approval ; and removal of the old <br /> pier. <br /> Mr. Hunter advised the Board of Health indicated it will be <br /> approved as a two bedroom* <br /> CLOSE PENDING, <br /> MICHAEL H YWA D to maintain an existing walkway and <br /> stairway along the coastal bank; and to construct and <br /> maintain a pier, ramp and floats at 187 Danielfs Island Road. <br /> Dave Sanicki presented abutter notification receipts and a <br /> revised plan. They are requesting to maintain the existing <br /> walkway and stairway and to construct the pier, ramp and <br /> float systen. The plan change is the connected walkway; it <br /> does not show on the original plan. <br /> A. prefile was reviewed. It is 68 feet from High water, 110 <br /> feet from inland to the outer edge. There is 3-4 feet of <br /> water. Where is an existing plank where they walk across the <br /> marsh, it will be removed. <br /> Mr. Sherman expressed concern with shallow water. He asked <br /> the size of the boat? Mr. sanicki advised it is 24 fest with <br /> 225 HP and prop draft of 18 inches from the water line.
