The plan shows a proposed two story garage and to enlarge a <br /> stone parting area. They will be removing some trees. An <br /> existing fence ends abruptly and will have 72 feet added. <br /> Mr, Fitzsimmons asked the distance from the marsh? Mr. <br /> Sanicki advised it is 200 ft, ;. it is a deep lot. <br /> Mr. Sherman had no problems with the proposal* However, he <br /> had noticed a very nice lawn and asked if they would agree to <br /> use low impact fertilizer? lir. OfMalley-Keyes agreed and <br /> stated they have concerns about nitrogen. DEP <br /> has responded and they have no check--offs for omissions, <br /> The number has been issued. <br /> Mr. Johansen asked if a filing had been made to the Wetland <br /> Restriction Program, Mr, Sherman stated that is not <br /> necessary. <br />
