Dr. shaxmash pointed <br /> out the items added and those deleted on the plan. <br /> Nor. Desrosiers asked if haybales are existing from a previous <br /> filing? They are. <br /> It was noted the outdoor shower will be channeled to the <br /> Sept-ic., <br /> Public comments were requested: none* <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment as <br /> proposed. Unanimous Note. <br /> MENDED, <br /> 8:00 SAN IN CHO to repair, maintain and license an existing <br /> wooden pile supported bulkhead to coincide with Chapter* 91 <br /> Amnesty permitting for the structure located at 80 Waterway, <br /> Barbara Frappier presented abutter notification receipts. <br /> There is a licensed dock but the bulkhead is in need of <br /> repairs. Pictures were shown. Prior to any work being done, <br /> barrier will be set up. Excavation will be from behind <br /> with a small backhoe <br /> Mr. Sherman would not want to give carte blanche approval and <br /> would suggest giving maintenance in perpetuity if a narrative <br /> was supplied. <br /> Mr. Johansen referred to a DEP comment concerning discharge <br /> into the salt marsh, Ms Frappier stated there is no intent <br /> to discharge. <br /> Mr. Sherman read the construction methodology into the record <br /> and agreed this would suffice. The standard language for <br /> maintenance will be conditioned. An on-site will be <br /> conditioned to take place before repairs and no creosote t <br /> be used. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to close subject to the <br /> conditions mentioned. <br /> HEARING CLOSED, <br /> 8:10 MIDDLETON OfM L Y-KEY S to license an existing pier <br /> along Little Kiger; construct a garage; remove trees; change <br /> parking area and install a post and rail fence at 47 <br /> Riverside Road. Dave sanicki presenting with Mr, & Mrs. <br /> O'Malley-Keyes. A supplemental plan was provided with docks <br /> and piers in the area shown. They are going for a full <br /> license of the existing structure. <br />
