Floats are in excess of 200 s.f. and will be changed to 20f x 61 and 201 x V which will put them into deeper water, The Jet ski will go on the end of the float. Mr. Sherman stated the Harbormaster will he asked for input concerning the jet ski as he has raised questions. Mr. Sank i stated the float system was on the end of the other configuration. Mr. Sherman asked if additional After-The-Fact fees for the additional floats were paid. Floats were added ,illegally. Mr. Lopez asked what the configuration was prior to the change? Mr. sanic i stated the permit was for one float; there was no permit for the boat or that size floats. They are trying to resolve the problem* Ir. Sherman stated this is in response to an enforcement order. Mr. Fitzsimmons stated it is the consensus of the Board that After-The-Fact fees should be paid. The Agent advised if lir. farad wants to appeal , it will cost him $2000 in superior Court. Mr, sanicki stated he was not saying they would not go alone with it.
