Mr. Tavares went as tight as possible; he thought it would be structurally sounder with added vegetation. They could rake a return if the Commission would like. It is a very tight unit. Mrs. Ferriday asked if he could be limited to the deck area? Mr. Tavares agreed. Mrs. Ferriday asked if there was a drywell for the pool? There is none proposed; the pool is Gunnite and not subject to drawdown. They will use ionization or ozone. Mrs. Ferriday stated for emergency procedures a drywe l l will be conditioned for the pool, Mr. Desrosiers stated the walls should be 41 10111 5 feet will require ars engineered plan. He will need an engineer for the 10 foot Mr. Tavares stated the first gall has to be 10 feet high, the second one raps around and mares a terrace effect.
