They could rake <br /> a return if the Commission would like. It is a very tight <br /> unit. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if he could be limited to the deck area? <br /> Mr. Tavares agreed. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if there was a drywell for the pool? <br /> There is none proposed; the pool is Gunnite and not subject <br /> to drawdown. They will use ionization or ozone. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday stated for emergency procedures a drywe l l will <br /> be conditioned for the pool, <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated the walls should be 41 10111 5 feet will <br /> require ars engineered plan. He will need an engineer for the <br /> 10 foot <br /> Mr. Tavares stated the first gall has to be 10 feet high, the <br /> second one raps around and mares a terrace effect. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated ars engineers stamp is needed and was not <br /> provided. Mr. Tavares will come back with that. He would <br /> welcome any suggested construction techniques. She would <br /> prefer to get away from the Rosa Rugosa. Mr. Tavares agreed <br /> to move it and use it on the site. The new plan has not been <br /> submitted to DEP, Abutter notification was provided. <br />
