Mr. Fitzsimmons questioned the wording "or there' . Mr. <br /> Tavares stated when designed, they were thinking of different <br /> types, They were looking for someone who could do round <br /> forms. He offered to crass that phrase out. It was agreed <br /> when the new plan is provided, this will be omitted. <br /> Mr. Homeyer asked if the interlocking arrangement that he <br /> brought in on the Marsters project would be more <br /> satisfactory. Mr. Tavares stated they do not need sediment <br /> control on this site. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if the top of bank is shown as a solid <br /> line and also dotted line? <br /> Mr. Tavares stated on one side the definition is given by the <br /> 11 foot contour, that is the top of the coastal bank but <br /> changes on the other side put it greater than I - 4; this <br /> side has two definitions. This is also a velocity zone <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if there is a change in to o between <br /> the original plan and this one. There is an existing mowed <br /> area that is denuded. Demolition will be accomplished with a <br /> siltation fence along the entire limit of work, 5 feet off <br /> the deck.
