1 - <br /> Mr. Fudala stated the intent is to show that the revenues go <br /> to the Commission. Mrs. Ferriday asked that he identify the <br /> fund for what it is; make it clear it is the Commission's <br /> money. <br /> Mr. Fudala will work this out with Mr. Sherman, <br /> In , policies, Mr. Fudala agreed to remove the word <br /> "enhance" . <br /> In K, Mr. Fudala stated he was not sure this would apply to <br /> Open Space, he wants to make sure 80A is the maximum. He <br /> suggested stating "consistent with 80AII , but keep the wording <br /> maximum feasible. <br /> COTE: Motion made and seconded to have the Conservation Agent <br /> and Town planner work on changes made to K and U and <br /> Policies, 12 and 21 . <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded that the corrections mentioned <br /> be made by the Agent and the Town Planner and the <br /> acceptance of this to be forwarded to the Planning <br /> Board to be included in the hearings on Wetlands/ <br /> Wildlife goals and policies and Open Space/Recreation <br /> goals and policies. [unanimous Note. <br /> Mr. Fudala advised the committee to forward what is submitted <br /> next weep.
