Mr. Green agreed. <br /> MIKE MI TO: Mr. Mirto would like to clear some dead wood from <br /> town-owned lard under the direction of the commission. He <br /> would make wood sheds with this. He gets the wood and the <br /> Commission gets a free service. If the Commission is <br /> agreeable, he would like to meet with them next agenda. <br /> Mr. Green stated he would like to have hien in to discuss <br /> this. He advised he and other Mashpee people harvest wood <br /> for their fireplaces. <br /> The Agent stated this would be limited to what the Commission <br /> allows him to take. <br /> Ike syr ala advised Barnstable Town Counsel was against this <br /> practice. <br /> FINES: In order to fine an individual for failure to follow <br /> Orders in an Order of conditions, the schedule wording would <br /> have to be changed. A hearing should he held; language to be <br /> drafted. <br />
