The <br /> Commission agreed. <br /> SALZER DONATION: SCCA is opposed to this. The Selectmens <br /> office has the paper work. <br /> The Agent hoped a public access could be facilitated. <br /> Recreation is on of theCommission's interests. The <br /> Commission agreed. <br /> ASSOCIATE SER VOTING: A legal opinion received that <br /> Associate Members can only vote when a quorum is lacking or <br /> there is a vacancy on the board and for no other reason* <br /> PULSON / A NSTABL HOLDING: The Agent distributed his closing <br /> argument for review. <br /> LUCONI: A compromise was reached on the dock which was <br /> agreeable to the Agent and the Harbormaster. The float will <br /> be at an angle. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the compromise <br /> reached as stated by the Agent. <br /> LIMITED PROJECT : There is no provision for resource area <br /> improvement in Chapter 172, Language will be submitted for <br /> review. <br /> SOUTHPORT. An extension is being requested. A memo was <br /> received from the Building Inspector who is contacting all <br /> departments .
