A float was added to the- structure and <br /> Michael Crotke was supposed to be filing for this. <br /> Mr, Shermarn stated this should be treated as an enforcement <br /> situation. They are doing an engineered plan. <br /> Mr, Homeyer advised if the float is bottom anchored, i is in <br /> the jurisdiction of the harbormaster. <br /> VOTE: If it is a non-10A type float, Mr, Sugarman will be <br /> advised that a full Notice of Intent must be filed with <br /> After-The-Fact filing fees and if they do not meet the <br /> filing date of 15 days from receipt, they will be <br /> subject to fine . ; <br /> EFRoN: Different plans were submitted to Board of Appeals and <br /> the Commission. <br /> The Agent suggested a form letter that would be signed by the <br /> applicant that plans submitted to the different departments <br /> are identical . <br /> Mr, Homeyer suggested one master plan with sign off by all <br /> boards. <br /> Town Counsel review will be requested. <br /> MODEM: The Agent stated he would like to buy a modem in order <br /> to have access to DP's bulletin board. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to authorize the Agent t <br /> purchase a fax modem,. <br /> OFFER of LAND: The Commission has been offered property at 71 <br /> Cayuga Ave. The Agent will view the property and report back <br /> to the Commission. <br /> NOBSKA ROAD: There is a small portion of , lawn, part of the <br /> subdivision agreement that they have to put in a strip along <br /> the read. The Agent will deck with the Town Planner. <br /> DOCK: Mr, Homeyer advised there is a dock on the end of <br /> Santuit Lane that has been in there all summer lona. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is unpermitted, <br /> ROBINSON: letter from Towyn Counsel brought a response from <br /> Mrs. Robinson. A meeting has been arranged. Revegetation <br /> must be accomplished by April 15th or it will go to colirt. <br /> PIRATES COVE BEACH ASSOC. : No DEP number was received and <br /> they have not done anything to get one. The Agent would like <br /> to send one last letter of warning with a deadline. The <br /> Commission agreed <br /> MITES <br /> VOTE: Notion made and seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> September 8, 1994 , September 2 , 1994, October 6, <br /> 1994 , October 20 , 1994 , November 3 , 1994 , November <br /> 173 1994, December 1, 1994, as written. <br />
