The second version was on the <br /> next page and was preferable to the Agent. <br /> Mr, Homeyer asked how this would tie in with the zoning that <br /> allows 20 foot paths* The Agent will add a sentence. <br /> A, P 1 # Language added. The definition of land in <br /> agriculture must be changed. The items in brackets were <br /> added, Work should -not be prohibited within the working <br /> confines of the bog. <br /> The Commission agreed to submit these iters to Town Counsel, <br /> February 6th is the deadline for articles. <br /> Mr. Sherman would like to file them before the Commission <br /> meets again but could withdraw them if necessary. <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded that with Town Counsel's <br /> recommended changes the Agent file the proposed <br /> articles and the Commission will vote on this and the <br /> changed articles at the next agenda4, <br /> Proposed regulation changes wore distributed for review. <br /> There being no further business to come before the <br /> Commission, meeting was adjourned at 10 :55 pome <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Diana M.
