MASHPEE CONSERVATION CoMNISSION <br /> Minutes of February 16, 1995 <br /> Commissioners present: Gertrude Ferriday, John Johansen, <br /> John Fitzsimmons f Frank Homeyer, <br /> Robert Lopez , Paul Averett, Charles <br /> Green, Jr, , Harry Desrosiers. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 6 :55 p.m. <br /> Mr. Lopez advised he had been sworn in. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None, <br /> 10 GEORGE RiPOZA to amend the order of Conditions for SF <br /> -1235 to install a retaining wall; change the location o <br /> the footprint and. decirease the size .of the house; and to put <br /> garage under the structure at 27 County. Road. George <br /> Cal ise presenting. . he e' w s n order o Conditions .issued <br /> and an approved. site plan, The building was to be 28 ,x 44-a <br /> they are not proposing a smaller~ building, 32 x 26, moved to <br /> the center of the lot. A retaining wall is proposed in the <br /> back and a garage under. It will help erosion. A landscape <br /> plan will be presented. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated an engineers stamp will be necessary on <br /> the wall, due to the height. The request meets the criteria <br /> for an amended order, once the plan is received. There will <br /> e no increase in bedrooms. <br /> Mr. Homeyer4 requested an architectural plan. They will be <br /> provided. He asked why the work limit is so far from the <br /> work? lir. Calise advised it was set by the Commission with <br /> the previous order of Conditions. He advised Mr. Rapoa will <br /> be living there as the builder. <br /> i <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked if sufficient buffer will be provided? <br /> She was told that it will . She asked if they will show new <br /> positions for the drywell.s There will be four, with <br /> downspouts, that will be shown. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> NOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of <br /> architectural plans -and plans for the wall, <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CLOSE PENDING. <br /> 7:15 ARTHUR BURNES for a Det amination of Applicability on <br /> the permitting of an emergency septic repair at 13 Compass <br /> Circle. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised there is a large distance between the <br /> septic and the water., - He recommended a Legative <br /> Determination. <br /> Public comments: none. <br />
