To BE CLOSED o MOODY POND AREA: Mr, Green advised he had been approached by a club that wants to utilize this area for oRV's; They have asked to be on the agenda for a meeting with the Board. They would like ideas of what the Board might want from them, Mr, Sherman stated they should be heard but 48-C limits this to low impact use only and he does not consider o v's as low impact. 1r. Green advised they have support of the Police and Fire Departments; they have made promises to them. They are interested in the pit area, Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if this land has wildlife habitat value; it does. Mr. Green stated the commission may get something in return; they are riding in there now and always will. Mr. Sherman stated they should have a hearing under chapter 173 * Mr, Desrosiers suggested sending them a Letter with the concerns they should specifically address, Mrs. Ferriday suggested having a subcommittee write up criteria. This would have to be run by Town counsel. Mr, Lopez stated the liability issue bothers him. Mr. Sherman stated they would have to provide the area to be utilized; a description of how often; and how policed. He is doubtful it can meet the standards. To be discussed next agenda.
