York stated the dock is in deep water and not a problem. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> TOTS: Motion made and seconded to close the hearing <br /> with no repairs or backfilling behind the <br /> revetment. <br /> HEARINGCLOS D. <br /> BAYPORT HOMES, INC. to amend the Order of Cbnditions <br /> for SE 43-1243 to permit an increase in planting density and <br /> a ten foot buffer strip of lawn in the road easement area a <br /> 7 lobeka load. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised this amendment is in response to his <br /> request, when doing a Certificate of Compliance inspection, <br /> he noticed the need for more plants. Six more plants will be <br /> adequate in the right places. Mrs. Ferriday asked if he will <br /> suggest different types to be used. Mr, Sherman stated h <br /> will also add "no mowing will be allowed" . <br /> He was told that a strip of lawn is mandated along the road. <br /> He will deck with the Town Planner to see if this is <br /> required by the Planning Board. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment with <br /> the condition that there be no mowing between shrubs <br /> and location approved by the Agent. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED, <br /> 8:40 WILLOWBEND DEVELOPMENT CORP. for the construction and <br /> maintenance of 60 space clubhouse parking area within the <br /> buffer zone to the cranberry big it igation/tailwater <br /> recovery pond on W i l l o bend Road, Peggy Fantozzi <br /> presenting. The project is for expansion of the current <br /> clubhouse parking and only 15 spaces come under the <br /> jurisdiction of the Commission. The slope is draining to <br /> catch basins. It will bo graded and revegetated. A planting <br /> list is provided. A graphic of the planting was shown. <br /> Mrs, Ferriday questioned drains and was told they will be a <br /> gas trap system but are out of the omission's <br /> jurisdiction. Maintenance activity will be outside. The <br /> berm area will stay. Haybales will be staked around the area <br /> before work begins. <br /> Mr. Johansen stated the DEP number had not been received and <br /> no attestation filed. Mr. Sherman stated it is not <br /> necessary. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close at the next regular <br /> meeting after receipt of DEP number and data on the <br /> drainage system. <br />
