Cris costa presenting* Abutter <br /> notification receipts were provided, 'there is an existing <br /> dwelling with deck in the rear and enclosed pool area. The <br /> proposal is to fence in the -pool area and add plantings. <br /> `here is an addition to the existing kitchen and dining area. <br /> The existing deck will be removed ed and a. brick patio set in <br /> sand. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated it is not in the Notice of Intent and <br /> therefore not legal, The order could be amended later. <br /> Architectural plans were reviewed. <br /> Mrs, Ferriday stated it appears there are three bedrooms. <br /> She requested a second floor plan. <br /> Mr. Green stated it does not fit the criteria of a dame room. <br /> He asked if the closet should be taken out? <br /> Mr, Sherman stated it is a Board of Health requirement. He <br /> would defer judgement of whether it is a three bedroom to the <br /> building inspector, <br /> Mr, Fitzsimmons questioned the retaining wall and was told it <br /> is existing. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to close pending review and <br /> judgement by the Building Inspector of the number~ of <br /> bedrooms. <br /> CLOSE PENDING. <br /> 8:20 INGEBORG Ea SARACENO, 42 Spoondrift Way, continued from <br /> February ry 1 , 1995, Chris costa presenting. The property is <br /> on Popponesset creek. The dock connects to the top of the <br /> stone revetment, does 15 feet to a set o 'piles, then to a <br /> ramp and float, The request is being forwarded to Arty corps <br /> and DEP Waterways4. He thought it will' be grandfathered for <br /> licensing. The revetment is now sagging and the mortar has <br /> come apart in some places. They would like to continue with <br /> licensing to the state and then come hack with a proposal to <br /> repair the revetment. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it is his intention to put in the order of <br /> Conditions that the repair of the revetment will have to be <br /> the source of another filing. <br /> Mr. costa stated they do not reed Chapter 91 to do that.. <br /> They are not going into the channel any mote or changing the <br /> location of the pilings. It would be a "like kind" repair, <br /> Mr, Green asked if there will be more disturbance by doing <br /> this separately? <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he cannot compel therm to repair it because <br /> it is not causing adverse effects. <br />
