Mary LeBlanc presenting.. ' This property at seaside is <br /> outside the 100 foot buffer zone, Present proposal is for <br /> three areas, the coastal bank itself, which is barely <br /> vegetated, dine grass is proposed with jute netting to <br /> augment it. They are also planning beach plum and bayberry. <br /> They would like to keep the road open, in case there is a <br /> communal road. A shell path is proposed as on the other two <br /> rots which will be 4 feet wide. There is an area within the <br /> o foot buffer that is rather bare where they will augment <br /> with sweet fern, etc. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated the existing vegetation will come back but <br /> asked what is the mowing plan? Ms LeBlanc stated it is just <br /> grasses, she did not have a mowing plan, In the first 50 <br /> feet it will be conditioned that mowing is allowed in the off <br /> season and a height of 3 feet will be left. She does have <br /> owing in her plan. <br /> Mr. Green stated they should maintain consistency with the <br /> house next door. Ms LeBlanc stated the plan is the same. <br /> the geed cores back 5 feet, she will come back in the fall <br /> for removal of this specific weed. <br /> In the �-100 foot section, they would lake to cut a section <br /> fur ecology lawn. Fart of the deck would spill over onto <br /> this area. She has put in the plan some provision for beach <br /> plum, sweet fern and rosa rugosa, There is a fence along the <br /> property line. <br /> The house is at different levels and there are steps. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked if there is long term thinking about <br /> the bank? Ms Leblanc is trying to do an immediate measure <br /> buf. the bank will have to be addressed if they wish to save <br /> i . <br /> Mr. Desrosiers asked if there was a drainage system with the <br /> two foot slope <br /> Ms LeBlanc stated there are gutters on the house that will be <br /> directed to drywells. All of the roof water is going to be <br /> collected. <br /> Mr. Desros,iers asked if there are 'emergency measures for <br /> shutting off the irrigation system? Ms LeBlanc stated that <br /> can be conditioned. There is an invisible fence system for <br /> the dog* <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close pending receipt of <br /> the DEP number, with emergency shut-off for the <br /> irrigation system and limited rowing. To be checked <br /> in 6 months or a year for erosion problems <br />
