Mc Gee upon receipt of
Board of Health approval. .
NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.
7:25 RICHARD SIEKLUCKI for a Determination of Applicability
on the addition of a family room, garage and deck; and
relocation of a septic tank at 143 Ninigret Ave. Will Hanson
presenting.
Mr. Sherman advised a plan was filed which was not accurate.
A more recent plan was located. It was measured off and does
meet the standards. It is 51 feet from the corner of the
deck. Everything to the water side of that tree will remain
undisturbed.
Mrs. Ferriday stated 14 feet puts the deck against the tree.
They will reduce the deck size.
It was noted the septic is out of the Commission's
jurisdiction.
Mr. Sherman asked Mr. Hanson if he would be willing to add to
the Request, "that area to the water side of the 6 inch Oak
will be undisturbed". Mr. Hanson agreed and signed and dated
the note on the request.
Public comments: none.
VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative
determination for Richard Sieklucki upon receipt
of Board of Health approval.
NEGATIVE DETERMINATION.
7:30 TIDE WATCH REVETMENT, Shore Road, continued from
February 2, 1995. Norman Hayes presenting. The Request to
Amend is for perpetual repair of the lower seawall. He gave
the history of the revetment.
A year ago, a series of storms impacted the lower wall and
repair was granted. William Bonito did the work and put too
much grout on the outside of the wall. There is 100 feet
that needs to be readjusted. The area is approximately 35
feet.
Mr. Sherman stated it is at a crucial part where it adjoins
the Adams revetment. If done as Rebecca Haney advocates,
more information will be needed on how to stop this being an
emergency every year and will need a narrative on how this
mistake will be repaired.
