- 12 - <br /> LOPEZOFFER: The Selectmen had said if the Commission would <br /> pay for the appraisal ? they would put it on the warrant, <br /> However., last Monday night they decided not to support it. <br /> The appraisal would cost between $750 and $1000 , <br /> Mrs. Ferriday -asked that a letter be sent up to the <br /> Selectmen, over her name, that the Commission would like to <br /> have been informed of their decision to drop the article. An <br /> appeal could have been made to the public. <br /> WALK-4/29: The Commission is committed to paying the wages <br /> for up to eight hours for the guides. Also, Joanne Ferragamo <br /> asked the commission to share the cost of Portajohns. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday suggested this be taken out of Green Tourism , <br /> OTE: Motion made and seconded to allow the Agent and <br /> Administrative Assistant to select the account for <br /> funding. <br /> REORGANIZATION: There was discussion of filling the vacancy <br /> for Chair and 'vice Chair,. <br /> Mr, Desrosiers stated he would not be able to accept the role <br /> of chair but would help in any way he can, <br /> Mr. Johansen stated his health would not allow him to assume <br /> the role. <br /> There was discussion of co-chairing: to -be discussed next- <br /> agenda. <br /> ASH1T OG: The Agent stated no erosion control is being <br /> used. He referred to minutes and a letter from Steve Hurley. <br /> Mrs. Ferriday asked how Stere Hurley suggested it be done? <br /> The Agent stated with silt screens and baybal.es.
