Heritage and <br /> DEP number. <br /> CI DSE PE DIS G o <br /> WILLIAM KENNEAIJY for the construction of a Title V <br /> sewage disposal system including system components' and a 1011 <br /> x 21 system dam t 151 Shore Drive. <br /> CONTINUED TO 13 APRIL 1995 AT 8:10 PX-,-, AT THE REQUEST OF THE <br /> APPLICANT, <br /> 8:10 NEW SEABURY CO, LTD,, to amend the Order of Conditions <br /> for SE -1260 to extend the beach nourishment placement <br /> through May 15t 1995 for the Nantucket Sound shoreline <br /> between Dean andlily Ponds, Norman Hares called and was <br /> delayed so the hearing was continued and was held at 9:4540 <br /> Mr. Mayes advised the purpose of the amendment is to extend <br /> the time frame of beach nourishment. <br /> Mr. Hayes stated there were two new purchases on the beach. <br /> The Order of Conditions on those houses will run out in 1996 . <br /> He suggested allowing one extra month, only for Mausho , the <br /> second week in May., <br /> Mrs. Ferridayfs only concern would he disruption to the <br /> habitat. <br /> Mr. Sherman did check with Natural Heritage re shore birds <br /> that use the rack line for food but would have to check with <br /> them that this is not a problem. <br /> Mr. Hayes offered to provide photos of birds feeding in the <br /> beach nourishment. He is trying to get his clients to <br /> nourish every year. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated the hearing can 1e closed upon receipt o <br /> guidance from Scott Hecker and Henry Lauber. He will contact <br /> them, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close when verification is <br /> received that there will he no significant impact to <br /> wildlife by doing this late beach nourishment. <br /> CLOSE PENDING, <br /> 8:20 NAENPEE WATER DISTRICT for the construction of 12 inch, <br /> inch, 6 inch, 4 inch and 2 inch -water main in the 100 foot <br /> buffer zone of Shields Road, Tobisset Street, Shields Avenue, <br /> Shields Lane, Santuit Lane, Nob ka Road, Hemlock Drive and <br /> Cotuit Road,, si ert Lopez stepped down for this hearing. <br /> D one appeared to present the project. <br />
