The <br /> Agent advised Mark did participate in the Harbor Clean-up, <br /> He stated he was sure he would be hard working and dedicated. <br /> NOTE: Notion made and seconded to interview the four <br /> applicants chosen by the subcommittee. <br /> BRADSHA : The plan presented to the Commission showed depths <br /> of low water at 2, 7 . The Harbormaster advised there' was no <br /> water at mean low when he was at the site. <br /> The Agent did an on-site inspection for a Certificate of <br /> Compliance and found 13 inches of water at mean low. The <br /> order of conditions could be revoked or it could be amended <br /> to state "no motorized craft permitted on the structure" , <br /> Mr. Rosenberg stated, as an alternative, ask her to have her <br /> enginer certify current water depths, an as-built, The <br /> Commission agreed. <br /> SMITH - 202 Monomoscoy Road, An Order~ of conditions was <br /> issued and the .Agent advised he did not notice the dock was <br /> in the ACC and it was not shown on the plan. The engineer <br /> was from New Hampshire and had requested a copy of the <br /> submittal requirements which clearly state the ACEC must be <br /> shown. <br /> The Agent stated he should be asked to stop work and to have <br /> his engineer provide the ACEC line* The performance <br /> standards are for no adverse effects and the dock may not be <br /> permissible, <br /> VOTE: Notion rade and seconded to stop work and request <br /> that the ACEC line be shown on the plan. <br /> Unanimous Nate. <br /> SOCIETY of WETLAND SCIENTISTS: They have a program for <br /> certification that costs $300 . The Agent asked the <br /> omission to pay for his, certification. It would be <br /> benefit if he is sworn in as an expert witness. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to pair the $300 forF the <br /> Agent's certification by the society of Wetland <br /> scientists. Unanimous Mote. <br /> MOMERSHIP: Attendance was discussed. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded that a letter be sent t <br /> Susana Lannik that she has not been attending on a <br /> regular basis and perhaps should resign, <br /> Unanimous Vote, <br /> ENFORC <br /> Muto: The Agent stated there was no sense in making him <br /> file because it's in the BVW, He suggested firm <br /> him $100 and force him through an enforcement order <br /> to clean up debris and plant a few plants. <br />
