KASHPEE CONSERVATIONCOMMISSION <br /> Minutes of May 25, 1995 <br /> Coxmissioners Present: John Fitzsimmons, John Johansen, <br /> Harry Desrosiers, George Green, Jr, , <br /> David Sharpe, Elliot Rosenberg and <br /> Associate Ralph Shaw. <br /> Also present was Jerome Clair who has expressed interest in <br /> becoming a member of the commission. <br /> The Chairman appointed Ralph Shaw a voting member, <br /> The Meeting was called to order at 6 :55 P,m. <br /> * 5 PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: None. <br /> 7:00 CROSS CAPE TRAIL - Di cuss,ion: Town Planner,, Torn <br /> Fudala, advised they have a grant from the Cape Cod <br /> Commission for this project. It involves a dream he has had <br /> for many years for a walking trail across the Cape. The <br /> trail runs through the middle of Mahpee and a lot crosses <br /> Conservation land. <br /> At some point, he will come back with proposals.. It is a <br /> hiking trail; that is the main focus <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons asked the length of the trail? Mr. Fudala <br /> did not know. He advised Sandwich has bought into this. <br /> It will be 15 smiles in Ma hpee. He stated a contact is <br /> needed with the Wampanoag group, He will speak with Chuck <br /> Green, <br /> 7:20 PATRICK J. DE P E'Y, to amend the Order of Conditions <br /> for SE -1313 to permit maintenance in perpetuity on a <br /> stairway structure at 35 Pickerel Core Circle. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated this is the result of a repair to an cold <br /> Stairway, It is not an issue. <br /> VOTE; Motion made and seconded to accept the amendment to <br /> SE 43-1313 as requested. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED. <br /> 7: -D CONSTRUCTION for an amended Order of Conditions to <br /> permit landscape changes at 28 Tradewi d Drive. Atty. Kevin <br /> Kirrane presenting. There is an existing order of Conditions <br /> related to this parcel. For esthetic reasons, the driveway <br /> must be 20 feet wade, which would bring it up in front of the <br /> door because of the configuration of the lot, It is on a <br /> cul-de-sac, They are Seeking to narrow the drive 8 feet with <br /> tura-around. <br /> Also, on the north side of the structure, there will be <br /> regrading which will be a more gentle slope, Photos were <br /> shown of existing conditions. To maintain 20 feet would mean <br /> cutting into a bank on the left Side of the house, facing the <br /> house. There is a prohibition against lawn. Mr. Kirrane <br />
