1 <br /> CLOSED PENDINGDEP <br /> SALER: A letter was received from South cape Civic <br /> Association concerned with any changes on the property and <br /> the use of their private roads to get to the property. They <br /> would object to a parking lot. The Harbormaster intends to <br /> file for one <br /> RILEY: The hearing was continued because it is proposed on a <br /> very steep bank. There was an endorsement of the proposed <br /> project by an abutter who, it turns out, wants to do the very <br /> same thing. <br /> The Agent advised the plan provided does not show enough <br /> details. He is changing grades but woes not mention the <br /> walkout. Question was raised, if changing grades, would it <br /> not meed retaining walls They would be digging into the <br /> bank quite a bit.. <br /> 11 <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated a doss section would be more clear, <br /> The chairman stated he does not care to have time taken up <br /> with fishing expeditions. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to require a stamped plan <br /> including a cross section. <br /> ACA: Kathleen Terrio has been appointed Assistant <br /> Conservation Agent. she will start on June 15th. <br /> ERGENCY CERTIFICATE: Mashpe a River Dredging emergency <br /> certificate was ratified. This dates back some time but was <br /> not ratified due to oversight. <br /> MASHPEE RIVER: Vater levels - Mr. Desrosi rs was present,, <br /> Andy Gottleib also. People who want to do work on their <br /> properties could get technical advice from the Commission and <br /> help with their- filings. <br /> Mr. Desrosiers stated the majority of people felt the town <br /> has taken little action for the damage from high water. it <br /> was left open-ended with no action taken on a management <br /> plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated if a filing is going through the <br /> Commission, it should not design the structures, only offer <br /> technical assistance, The town does seem leth r is but the <br /> Board is caught in the Middle. <br /> Mr. Desros i <br /> r~ ers stated for the State to say there are no funds <br /> ava' lable puts in onto the town. <br /> Mr* Green advised the Board of Selectmen do not want to put <br /> out monies to go into a full study. The Herring Warden does <br /> not have a budget to do this. <br /> Mr. Fitzsimmons suggested writing a letter to the selectmen. <br />
