NT I UED TO 22 JUNE 1995 --- .M a <br /> 8:40 DOM IIC FRANONI, 51 Poppones et Island Road, to Amend <br /> the Order of Conditions for SE 43-1161 for the installation <br /> of a lawn sprinkle- system at 51 Popponesset Island load. <br /> Jerry Cannon presenting. He advised he is not the installer~ <br /> of the irrigation system, he is the landscaper. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked if maintenance protocol on the sprinkler <br /> system had been provided? Mr. Cannon stated it is si ple <br /> blowout winterization, <br /> Mr. Sherman recommended approval , The job was started <br /> without the required pre-work r on-site and the berm was wiped <br /> out, totally. <br /> Mr. Cannon stated the job will be done the way it was written <br /> -down on the sheet he and Mr. Sherman agreed -to, They will be <br /> starting next week. <br /> Mr. Green thought it aright be a good idea to have an on-site. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated that has already been dome and he has no <br /> problem with Mr. Cannon's work. <br /> Mr* Cannon will call when the berm is up. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to close subject to all other <br /> conditions being met. Unanimous vote. <br /> CLOSED SUBJECT TO, <br /> MARIA OAOI to remove existing walkway support posts <br /> and construct a new wooden pier, ramp and float at 384 <br /> Monomoscoy Road, Dave sanicki presenting. They had a <br /> meeting and made last minute changes, this at the request of <br /> the Harbormaster. Mr. Sani ki would like to go with the <br /> original plan. <br /> Mr. Sherman thought this should not be closed pending <br /> recommendations from Harbormaster and Shellfish. <br /> Ir* Sanic i stated this is the proposal from the <br /> harbormaster v it is a high mooring area, He recommended <br /> mooring it back 20 feet. They would lose 1 foot of water and <br /> it would not allow their sailboat to use the facility. <br /> He requested a continuance. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to continue to 22 June 1995 <br /> t 8:10 p.m, Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTINUED TO 22 JUNE 1995 AT 8:10 l,M. <br /> ROBERT SEGAL for the construction of a dwelling, <br /> garage, paved driveway, porch, patio, utilities and a coastal <br /> bank walk-over structure at 528 Triton Way.
