1 . <br /> the house. Sixteen points of interest were raised which are <br /> in the Notice of Intent and addressed. He reviewed then. <br /> The 20 foot setback is a result of a special order. The 20 <br /> foot buffer strip will be reveqetated with beach plum, <br /> bayberry, Japanese pine and sweet fern. There is a walkover <br /> structure 2 feet off the ground with I inch spacing between <br /> boards. It is being kept low to the sand. The house is 3400 <br /> s.f, Landscaping around the house will be the subject of <br /> another- filing. There is a 5 bedroom septic already in the <br /> ground. Beach nourishment will continue as per the final <br /> order of conditions. <br /> Mr. Sherman asked what will take the place of beach grass <br /> when it fails. <br /> Mr. Hayes Stated the bank is so steep they do not want to <br /> wait. They would like to come back on the path issue, When <br /> the final landscaping is designed, they will be coning back <br /> with either an amended order or Request for Determination of <br /> Applicability at the choice of the Commission. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated it was not a problem, He asked how soon <br /> work would be started?
