The area <br /> has been flagged. <br /> Mr, Sherman stated the sensitive area is where the culvert <br /> is. He asked if they are in the road at that point and if <br /> they are doing dewatering? <br /> Mr. Rich advised they are putting it off until September when <br /> water will be less of a problem. They will still have to do <br /> some dewatering. <br /> Mr. Sherman will meet with Fr. Rich a week in advance. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: motion rade and seconded to close the hearing. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> REARING CLOSED, <br /> 00 MICHAEL MORIARTY to amend the Order of conditions for <br /> SE 43-1117 to upgrade an existing septic system and addition <br /> of a 51 x 121 mud root and bulkhead at 37 Great River Road.. <br /> Dave ani-c i presented abutter notification receipt8. Mr. Sanicki <br /> stated it did and the Board of Health approved the plan. <br /> With this information, Mr, Connery stated he had no problem <br /> with the project. <br /> NOTE: Motion trade and seconded to accept the proposed <br /> amendment, Unanimous Vote. <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED 4. <br /> :10 RONALD ARMSTRONG to construct a single family dwelling <br /> with Title v septic system at 353 Simons Farrows Road. John <br /> Hunter presenting with Mr, Armstrong.. Abutter notification <br /> receipts were provided. <br /> Mr. Johansen advised the application was not in proper order, <br /> He asked if it was subject to the Wetlands Restriction Acte <br />
