SNOW, A ter-the-fact , for construction and maintenance of a single family dwelling , deok , driveway , and appurtenant underground and overhead utilities and revision to the septic system at 41 Felin Bond Road . Joe Harvey presenting . This filing is under the bylaw only . Mr . Sherman stoted this 'is one of those oases 'n that the engineer first drew up plans and did not show the flood plain within 100 feet of the property . The house was built and the septic put 'in without a filing . They are now putting n the Ecofin Bio fere; this will make it legal . It is a long way from the water . Th r r a no erosion impacts . I tr ent loading will be taken care of by the Bioclere . This i's not in the ACEC . Abutter notification was provided . Public comments: none . VOTE: Motion grade and seconded to close the hearing . Unanimous vote . HEARING CLOSED. Mr . Sherman advised if it ever comes up , and it didn this case , that the building 'inspector dad not tell them to file , that has no bearing on the matter . 9:30 RICHARD LA PIERRE, 41 Pond Circle , continued from 13 July 1995 . Chris Costa presenting . Mr . Sherman stated the Previous plan did not show the wetland . Mario D i Gr egor o was hired to do the flagging and it was incorporated on the plan . It seems reasonable . There is 102 feet from the leach field to the wetland . He will meet out there erre more time to check on the site; there is nn tc roin well he would like to check . It is e tight lot so he will walk the wetland line and check the monitoring well ., If Mr . Costa i s amenable to changing some things about the locus of the house , it would be possible to get 35 to 40 feet , or as close as possible to the 50 foot desired . Relocating the house would have to wart until the wetland line is established .
