27 July 1995 <br /> Page 12 . <br /> VOTE: Motion grade and seconded to close the hearing <br /> pending DEP number and comments . Unanimous voto . <br /> CLOSE PENDING <br /> 10:00 SMITH FAMILY TRUST to amend the Order of Conditions <br /> include an engineered plan showing the dock , In relation to <br /> the ACEC , at 202 Monomoscoy Road . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated a plan that did not show the ACEC was <br /> o nsldered the plan of record and an Order of Conditions was <br /> issued . Because DEP is not standing r nd the bylaw does <br /> not have an ACEC proviosion , not much can be done . By having <br /> the amendment , there is an actual plan on file for the future <br /> with the ACED . A new standard order will state if any plan <br /> is deficient , the Commission will have the right o review . <br /> VOTE: Motion rade and seconded to accept the amendment . <br /> Unanimous Vote . <br /> AMENDMENT ACCEPTED <br /> TOWN CAR: The Agent advised the town rade the decision to <br /> take away the privilege of taking the cars horse by the <br /> Conservation Agent and the Health Agent . He has since kee n <br /> called out for emergencies and used his own vehicle . All o <br /> the equipment is in the town vehicle . <br /> It was noted the Town allows .30 per mile for vehicle usage . <br /> Mr . Desrosiers stated that is the business standard also . <br /> Mr . Sherman was concerned with liability concernlng insurance <br /> and Mr . Desrosiers stated that was included . <br /> Mr . Fitzsimmons suggested the Agent ke this up with e <br /> Executive Secretary . <br /> CHAPTER 91 : Proposed changes nd Commission response <br /> distributed; It was written by Susanna L nnik . <br /> The changes ren er Amnesty meaningless .
