HEARING CLOSED. 8:00 JOHNTROTTO to amend the Order of Conditions for SE 43- 1337 to permit a retaining wal and deck t 58 Quaker Run Road . Mr . Trotto presenting . They want to put a retaining ll at the back of the house to hold back fill on that side of the silt fence . They are also adding a deck on the lower part A Y M r house , going Y I l s i n L Y►- P Y A s . Mr . Sherman stat ed he has seen the house and this s needed . Mr . i esrosiers asked the size of the wall? Mr . Trotto stated it is 4 feet going down to 2-2-1/2 feet . They will use 6 x pressure treated ti s . They will place stone over the sand to hold it down . The deck is not touching the ground . Mr . Green asked the condition of the silt nCin ' Ir . Sherman stated it may need refurbishing .
