AMS to amend the order of Conditions for S <br /> 43-1347for enhancements to the landscaping proposal at 1 <br /> Triton Way . Chris Costa presenting . The landscape Pl n was <br /> reviewed . They went beyond the scope of the original <br /> Proposed work . There is also a change In the location of the <br /> pool fence . Plantings r e towards the property line e he <br /> Patio area beyond the pool area and plantings l o n he back , <br /> outside the fence . Inside the fence was previously approved . <br /> Mr . Sherman had no concerns , except few feet from the <br /> coastal bank; any plantings would be helpful . <br /> Mr . Costa stated he will be working on a design for the bank . <br /> Mr . Sherman asked how close they were to the top of the bank'? <br /> Mr . Costa stated 60 feet . He advised there is an existing <br /> wooden deck which they will replace with patio in the enact <br /> footprint . Deck at grade will be removed nd replaced i h <br /> brick patio , same dimensions within inches . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated that was not a problem . If 'it was a new <br /> house , it would not be allowed that close to the bank . There <br /> is no increased erosion threat . <br /> Mr . Costa stated plantings are being designed between the <br /> patio and top of the coastal bank . As far as runoff is <br /> concerned , the patio with a french drain ill have no runoff <br /> but the deck would have . This is all cosmetic . <br /> Mr . Sherm n saw no signs of erosion over the bank . <br /> Mr . r ee stated they are going fr om a deck to a patio , the <br /> workarea will have to be excavated o He asked 'if there <br /> is protection for the bank" Mr . Sherman stated there is not <br /> a lot of erosion control ; they could put in hafales and silt <br /> fences . There will be a pre-work on-site . <br /> . <br /> Mr . Green stated with 10 feet to the top of the bank , 'it will <br /> be tight when they are digging 'it out . Mr . Sherman will <br /> condition that the excavation con .rac or be at the pre- <br /> construction <br /> r -con r ction on-site . <br /> Public comments: none . <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to amend the order o <br /> Conditions as requested and condition silt fe nods . <br /> Unanimous Vote . <br />
