There is some fill that needs <br /> to be stabilized . 'ter-the-fact -fees were paid . <br /> Mr . Kerkorian advised the landscape oontr ofor addressed the <br /> Cross section of the retaining wall . There is an easement <br /> for the abutting property . This is the revised plan . He has <br /> contracted with Cape & Islands Engineering to stake out and <br /> do engineering to find out where the easement exists and <br /> learned the abutters house is on our land . There are 'issues <br /> that need to be addressed but he does not want there to <br /> interfere with this plan for the retaining wall . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated Special Condition #73 would apply . He <br /> would o along with the wall lr . Green and Mr . Desrosiers <br /> would agree . If the plan s changed , they will have to come <br /> back to the Commission . He asked if filter fabric should go <br /> behind the wall . <br /> Mr . Kerkorian advised the wall i s going to be Cemented from <br /> the rear side . <br /> Mr . Sherman stated that will increase runoff onto the <br /> abutting property .
